The World Masters Games will from now on take place every two years, since we will be having Summer and Winter Masters Games.

Summer

The IMGA is very proud to have Torino as our next host city for the World Masters Games in 2013. After the tremendous job done by Sydney during the last Games, thousands of athletes are expected to join us in Torino at the biggest multi sports event in the world.

The host city for our next World Masters Games in 2017 has been appointed. The 9th edition of he Games will take place in Auckland, New Zealand.

Winter

The IMGA has made a dream come true in organizing the first World Winter Masters Games in Bled, Slovenia from from 25th to 31st January. The Games, thanks to the organizing committee, the volunteers and the host cities, were a great success, becaming the biggest winter multi sports event with close to 3'000 athletes.

The host city for our next World Winter Masters Games in 2015 has been appointed. The second edition of he Games will take place in Sestriere and Alpi Alta Val Susa.
